Position: Remote Social Media Manager and Customer Service Representative

 

Job Description:

As a Remote Social Media Manager and Customer Service Representative at Frisbeechaser, you will play a pivotal role in spreading awareness about our mission and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. This dynamic position involves a blend of content creation, customer engagement, and brand advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging and creative content for various platforms, including posts, stories, and videos, that highlights the positive impact of sensory toys on children's lives.

  2. Customer Engagement:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms and via email promptly, demonstrating empathy and understanding for families affected by autism.

  3. Blog Article Creation:

    • Write informative and inspiring articles for our blog, sharing stories of success, insights into sensory development, and updates on our mission to create a better world for children.

  4. Brand Ambassador Search:

    • Utilize social media platforms, primarily Instagram, to identify and connect with potential brand ambassadors who share our passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to convey our mission through engaging content.

Work Arrangement:

  • Position Type: Full-time, Remote
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
